SFC and CDP have signed a Memorandum of Understanding that will help bring about their mutual aim to improve the calculation of the GHG emissions resulting from freight transport.
The key areas of this collaboration will be the alignment of KPIs between CDP’s transportation questionnaire and the GLEC Framework and for SFC to review and provide input to the development of CDP’s transportation questionnaire and associated technical notes and guidance documents. CDP will organize a webinar for its members on 21 March about introduce CDPs work on transportation, Smart Freight Centre, the GLEC Framework and its link to Science Based Targets initiative.
