As global freight emissions grow, the need for a harmonized method for emissions accounting and accounting becomes more and more necessary. Accurate and transparent emissions accounting helps companies and governments set realistic emissions reductions targets and report actionable results.
SFC organised a consultation workshop on 28 October 2015 on how the Global Logistics Emissions Council (GLEC) is working towards this goal.
