COP27 creates a unique opportunity for the world to unite and align on climate action. Logistics emissions are set to increase 42% by 2050 according to the International Transport Forum at the OECD, contributing to the global climate threat. Smart Freight Centre (SFC) will join the conversation at this year’s climate summit held in Sharm-El-Sheikh Egypt and seeks to align with relevant industry stakeholders towards sector decarbonization.

SFC will be co-hosting and speaking at five sessions at COP27, together with partners including We Mean Business Coalition, CALSTART, Pacific Environment and World Economic Forum, as we continue to guide the logistics industry towards zero emissions.

SFC’s panelists and moderators are Christoph Wolff, CEO Smart Freight Centre, Rik Arends, Sustainable Freight Buyers Alliance Director and James Sumner, Technical Manager.

We hope to see you there or welcome you virtually.
