What does the course cover?
The GLEC Framework e-training covers the essence of how to calculate and report emissions according to the GLEC Framework and why this is important. The course helps you and your organization to apply and understand the basics of calculating and reporting of GHG emissions for your global supply chain.
Who is the course for?
This e-training is designed as an introduction for sustainability and logistics professionals, as well as fleet operators who want to calculate logistics emissions and take action. This includes companies who have their own freight transportation or outsource these services, especially multinational companies with global logistics supply chains. It is also suitable for associations, consultants and other organizations working with the logistics sector.

Learn the importance of reducing the climate impact of freight transport and logistics. You have more influence than you think! This module covers the importance of accounting and reporting logistics emissions.
Module 2: The GLEC Framework
Learn the 4 steps to select, collect and organize data and how to calculate your emissions.
Module 3: Reporting (GLEC declaration)
Learn how you can report your data to different organizations or customers to make better business decisions and take action.
Module 4: Use of results
Learn more about how to use your collected, calculated and reported data. You will conclude the course with a case where you implement all the steps.
