Towards efficient and zero emissions global freight and logistics
Who we are
Smart Freight Centre is an international non-profit organization focused on reducing greenhouse gas emission from freight transportation. Our goal is to guide the global logistics industry to track and reduce its GHG emissions by 1 billion tonnes by 2030 and reach zero emissions by 2050 or earlier. We collaborate with our global partners to quantify impacts, identify solutions, and advocate logistics decarbonization strategies.
The GLEC Framework
The mission of GLEC as an industry-led partnership, with over 150 members, is to drive emission reduction and enhance efficiency across global logistics supply chains.
Clean Cargo
Clean Cargo is a collaborative partnership between ocean container carriers, freight forwarders, and cargo owners focused on tracking and reducing greenhouse gas emissions from container shipping.
SFSA
The Smart Freight Shippers Alliance (SFSA) China is a group of shippers (or buyers of freight) who work together towards a compliant, efficient, and sustainable China freight sector.
SFBA
The Smart Freight Buyers Alliance (SFBA) unites Freight Buyers to collaborate, track, progress and provide solution pathways.
Our training courses
Smart Freight Centre's vision is an efficient and zero-emissions global freight and logistics sector. Our role is to guide companies on their journey, and one way we do this is through training.
